I had to buy the complete version of Horizon when it was priced the same as the DLC. The saves also don't apply across the digital copy so I haven't got a chance to get to the DLC yet. Pretty much you'll want to make sure that your card has no foreign transaction fees otherwise you'll pay more on the currency conversion , and you'll want to setup a local for the region you want to buy in account. You just need a card that will process payments in the local currency.

For example, if you're in the US and want to purchase from the UK store, you'll get billed in pounds. If you're in the UK and want to purchase from the US store, you'll get billed in dollars. On the US side, most travel based cards work like this.

Can't speak to other countries. What a crazy oversight that is! This doesn't work on a lot of countries, mine included browser store doesn't let you buy out of region cc, while console store doesn't let you add outside region cc , the instruction I posted above is a good loophole to this :.
